MarinaTex.
MarinaTex, much like Safety Net, was a brief provided by Dyson. MarinaTex had designed a bio-plastic that is an alternative to single-use plastic. To complete the brief, a logo, strapline and a separate mark that could be placed on products with information regarding how to dispose of the bio-plastic were requested. I included examples of these alongside a prototype animation that could be used for social media promotion. Throughout the design process, the inspiration was the ocean. This is apparent in the choices of colours and shapes and the ‘wave’ motion in the animation.
